Dr. Leslie Marino is the owner and Medical Director of Resolve Psychiatry. She is a board-certified adult psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of mood, anxiety and substance use disorders. She completed her psychiatry residency and addiction fellowship training at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City and has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the State University of New York. Dr. Marino has over a decade of experience in clinical psychiatry, research, and teaching.

Dr. Christopher Damiani is a board-certified adult Psychiatrist. He completed his Psychiatry residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University, where he also worked to improve resident wellness and taught medical students and trainees. Dr. Damiani has cared for patients facing a broad range of psychiatric conditions and provided specialized treatments including electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). He has contributed to published research and case studies in the field of psychopharmacology. Dr. Damiani believes in a compassionate, collaborative approach—partnering with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that foster lasting well-being and growth.
Antoinette Moore-Thomas, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified Family Nurse
Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience
providing comprehensive mental health care. She specializes in working with adolescents through seniors facing complex behavioral health needs. With a background in both primary care and psychiatry, Antoinette emphasizes integrated, patient-centered treatment that combines psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and supportive services. She is skilled in crisis stabilization, trauma-informed care, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals with substance use disorders. Antoinette is dedicated to empowering patients and families through education, collaborative goal setting, and evidence-based interventions that promote long-term stability and recovery across the lifespan.
Marie Mues is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 15 years experience in the mental health field. Throughout her career, she has provided support to individuals, adolescents, and families through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. Marie believes in meeting clients where they are at, honoring their unique experiences, and creating a nonjudgmental, safe space for healing and growth. With a deep understanding of emotional and psychological health, she strives to help clients gain greater insight, resilience and practical tools to navigate life with confidence and purpose.
